REGIONAL SOLUTIONS CO., LTD. HAS BEEN FOUNDED IN SEPTEMBER 2015. THE COMPANY IS BASED IN PHNOM PENH, CAMBODIA. IT IS REGISTERED WITH THE MINISTRY OF COMMERCE OF THE ROYAL GOVERNMENT OF CAMBODIA (CO. 2377E/2015, TIN_K002-901504093). THE COMPANY IS MANAGED BY ITS FOUNDERS, MR KAMINA NTENDA MUSANGU AND MR ULRICH WILHELM SCHMIDT.

REGIONAL SOLUTIONS SENIOR MANAGEMENT AND ASSOCIATED EXPERTS HAVE LONG AND IN DEPTH OPERATIONAL EXPERIENCE WITH PLANNING, IMPLEMENTING AND MONITORING/EVALUATING EXTERNAL DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE PROJECTS. MR NTENDA IS AN AGRICULTURAL ENGINEER. HIS 42 YEARS PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND INCLUDES 20 YEARS WITH UNITED NATIONS AGENCIES AS FAO AND UNDP, IN COUNTRIES LIKE CAMBODIA, MALDIVES, HAITI WHERE HE WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MANAGEMENT AND COORDINATION OF LIVELIHOOD RECOVERY, FOOD SECURITY, ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION AND RESILIENCE AND RESPONSE TO NATURAL DISASTERS.

MR SCHMIDT HAS MORE THAN 40 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS SOCIO- ECONOMIST AND POLICY AND PLANNING ADVISORY FOCUSING ON FISHERIES AND NATURAL RESOURCES MANAGEMENT. HE STARTED HIS CAREER IN THE FISHERIES DEPARTMENT AT FAO’S HQS IN ROME. AFTER SIX YEARS WITH FAO HE LAUNCHED AN INTERNATIONAL CONSULTING COMPANY SPECIALISING IN FISHERIES, AQUACULTURE AND NATURAL RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT BASED IN GERMANY. OVER MORE THAN TWO DECADES HE WAS RESPONSIBLE, AS MANAGING DIRECTOR, FOR THE PLANNING AND IMPLEMENTATION OF BILATERALLY AND MULTILATERALLY FINANCED PROJECTS IN THESE FIELDS.   SINCE 2005, HE HAS BEEN CONSULTING ON A FREELANCE BASIS.

REGIONAL SOLUTIONS CO., LTD. SENIOR MANAGEMENT IS SUPPORTED BY A NETWORK OF REPRESENTATIVES AND ASSOCIATES IN SOUTH EAST ASIA AND BEYOND. THE NETWORK IS COMPLEMENTED BY INSTITUTIONAL PARTNERS AND INTERNATIONALLY REPUTED SUBJECT-MATTER SPECIALISTS AND RESOURCE PERSONS.
